Pre-Conference Welcome Reception at The Steigenberger Airport Hotel
The Pre-Conference Welcome Reception will take place on the evening of October 7th, the day before FlyPharma Amsterdam 2025 opens its doors. This ‘ice breaker’ event will take place in the The Steigenberger Hotel, Schiphol – the venue for this year’s conference. Guests are welcome to enjoy delicious drinks and nibbles while meeting their fellow delegates ahead of the next day’s FlyPharma program.

Evening Networking Event and Gala Dinner
Following a full day of presentations, our Evening Networking Event and Gala Dinner will take place on the first evening of FlyPharma, 8 October. Location to be announced shortly.
Transport will be provided for all the delegates to the Gala Dinner venue and back to the Steigenberger Hotel.
