How can I order tickets to attend FlyPharma Europe?

Tickets are not currently available for FlyPharma Europe. Once ticket sales are open, the best way to book your place at the conference is at and complete an online booking. Alternatively, you can pay via invoice or over the phone with credit/debit card details – to do this, email or call +44 (0)20 7724 3456.

How can I pay via invoice?

Email or call +44 (0)20 7724 3456. One of our sales team will be able to take your booking and have an invoice sent to you. Please note this must be paid prior to the event start date and invoices must be requested at least 28 days prior to this. Tickets can only be booked via the website or over the phone with credit/debit card details after this date.

Can I pay by BACS / instant transfer?

Can I pay by cheque?

Unfortunately we are not accepting payment via cheque at this time.

Are my payment details secure?

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processor Stripe, whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. This payment processor adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Can I cancel my ticket?

If you wish to cancel your ticket for FlyPharma Europe and get a full refund of your ticket price, you will be able to do so for two weeks after the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process any refunds after this date. To request a cancellation, please email
