How can I order tickets to attend FlyPharma Vienna 2024?
Tickets are not currently available for FlyPharma Vienna 2024. Once ticket sales are open, the best way to book your place at the conference is at www.flypharmaeurope.com/tickets and complete an online booking. Alternatively, you can pay via invoice or over the phone with credit/debit card details – to do this, email simon@samedanltd.com or call +44 (0)20 7724 3456.
How can I pay via invoice?
Email simon@samedanltd.com or call +44 (0)20 7724 3456. One of our sales team will be able to take your booking and have an invoice sent to you. Please note this must be paid prior to the event start date and invoices must be requested at least 28 days prior to this. Tickets can only be booked via the website or over the phone with credit/debit card details after this date.
Can I pay by BACS / instant transfer?
Yes, you can pay by BACS / instant transfer. Email simon@samedanltd.com or call +44 (0)20 7724 3456 and one of our sales team will be able to take your booking.
Can I pay by cheque?
Unfortunately we are not accepting payment via cheque at this time.
Are my payment details secure?
We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processor Stripe, whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. This payment processor adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Can I buy multiple tickets?
Once ticket sales are open, you can purchase unlimited numbers of attendee tickets in a single transaction online at www.flypharmaeurope.com/tickets. If you prefer, you can email simon@samedanltd.com or call +44 (0)20 7724 3456 and our sales team can assist you with your booking.
Can I cancel my ticket?
If you wish to cancel your ticket for FlyPharma Vienna 2024 and get a full refund of your ticket price, you will be able to do so for two weeks after the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process any refunds after this date. To request a cancellation, please email elena@samedanltd.com.
Can I change my details once I have purchased a ticket?
If any of your personal or professional details have changed, or if you are no longer able to attend FlyPharma Vienna 2024 but would like to send another colleague in your place, please email elena@samedanltd.com.
