The best way to order tickets and book your place at the conference is at www.flypharmaeurope.com/tickets and complete an online booking. Alternatively, you can pay via invoice or over the phone with credit/debit card details – to do this, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call +44 (0)20 7724 3456.
How can I pay via invoice?
Email email@example.com or call +44 (0)20 7724 3456. One of our sales team will be able to take your booking and have an invoice sent to you. Please note this must be paid prior to the event start date (20 September 2022) and invoices must be requested at least 28 days prior to this (on or before 23 August 2022). Tickets can only be booked via the website or over the phone with credit/debit card details after this date.
Can I pay by BACS / instant transfer?
Yes, you can pay by BACS / instant transfer. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call +44 (0)20 7724 3456 and one of our sales team will be able to take your booking.
Can I pay by cheque?
Unfortunately we are not accepting payment via cheque at this time.

Can I buy multiple tickets?
You can purchase unlimited numbers of attendee tickets in a single transaction online at www.flypharmaeurope.com/tickets. If you prefer, you can email email@example.com or call +44 (0)20 7724 3456 and our sales team can assist you with your booking.
Can I cancel my ticket?
If you wish to cancel your ticket for FlyPharma Europe and get a full refund of your ticket price, you will be able to do so for two weeks after the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process any refunds after this date. To request a cancellation, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I change my details once I have purchased a ticket?
If any of your personal or professional details have changed, or if you are no longer able to attend FlyPharma Europe but would like to send another colleague in your place, please email email@example.com.
