The early bird discount deadline for FlyPharma Vienna 2024 is 31st May 2024. Other discount codes or promotions are not eligible for this ticket option.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your ticket for FlyPharma Vienna 2024 and get a full refund of your ticket price, you will be able to do so for two weeks after the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process any refunds after this date. To request a cancellation, please email elena@samedanltd.com.
Changes to your details
If any of your personal or professional details have changed, or if you are no longer able to attend FlyPharma Vienna 2024 but would like to send another colleague to your place, please email elena@samedanltd.com.
Alterations
It may become necessary for us to make alterations to the content, speakers, timing, venue or date of the event compared to the advertised agenda.
Sanctions
By purchasing a ticket to attend FlyPharma Vienna 2024, you are stating that you, and/or the attendee you act on behalf of, comply with all sanction and embargo rules of the European Union including its Member States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States of America and the United Nations as well as the relevant government agencies and authorities of the aforementioned states/confederations of states, including but not limited to the United States Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the United States Department of State, the United States Department of Commerce and Her Majesty’s Treasury, that apply to this ticket purchase.
Samedan Ltd and FlyPharma Conference Europe will not conduct business with or for the benefit of any person or territory/country that is the subject of sanctions. Persons are sanctioned if they are listed on a Sanctions List or, in the case of a legal person, if they are majority-owned by a Person named on a Sanctions List or if they are based in a Sanctioned Country.
