Pre-Conference Welcome Reception at Office Park 4
The Pre-Conference Welcome Reception took place after Vienna Cargo Day on 9 October, the day before FlyPharma Europe opened its doors. This ‘ice breaker’ event took place in Office Park 4, Vienna AirportCity – the venue for both conferences. Guests enjoyed delicious drinks and nibbles while meeting their fellow delegates in advance of the next day’s FlyPharma program.

Evening Networking Event at Wiener Rathauskeller
Following a full day of presentations and a workshop, our Evening Networking Event and Gala Dinner took place after the first day of FlyPharma, 10 October. Located in the cellar of the historic Vienna City Hall, delegates were treated to the beautiful venue of the Wiener Rathauskeller. Since 1899 it has been a space for social gatherings, Viennese wine and good food, and it is no different today. Offering guests a welcome drink and a three-course dinner, it was the perfect setting to connect and debrief with other pharma and cargo professionals – both from the speaker podium and the main audience.
