Céline Crahay is a Senior Consultant and Managing Director of 3CeL sàrl.
Céline’s passion for operations and continuous improvement stems from her experience in the manufacturing industry. She leveraged this expertise in the air cargo sector, where she implemented a Quality Management System, cultivated strong customer relationships, and aligned internal processes with the new EU Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines for medicinal products at a Ground Handling Agent.
Céline was involved in the IATA Time & Temperature Taskforce (TTTF) and the IATA CEIV (Centre of Excellence for Independent Validators) Pharma project from its earliest stages. She initially served as a consultant, establishing the program, and later became an IATA instructor and Independent Validator. Her expertise in pharmaceutical cargo provides valuable support to ground handlers, airlines, and freight forwarders worldwide in their efforts to obtain IATA CEIV Pharma or GDP certifications.
Céline is committed to advancing sustainability within the aviation sector, specifically in the realm of pharma air logistics, through the promotion of collaborative and sustainable initiatives. Since 2023, she has served as project manager for pharma.aero‘s Green Air Pharma Logistics projects, initially focusing on the development of a lane sustainability assessment framework and presently directing a project aimed at defining sustainability criteria for pharmaceutical tertiary packaging.
With an International Master’s in Management from SKEMA Business School in Lille, France, Céline has achieved a Six Sigma Black Belt diploma and completed the ‘Sustainable Supply Chain Management’ program at the University of Cambridge, showcasing her commitment to continuous learning. Céline and her family are based in Luxembourg.
