Elena Mishina is a Supply chain leader with 20+ years experience in Biotech/Pharma/Medical Devices/FMCG global companies. Elena is passionate about serving patients through effective management of third-party logistic service providers, driving continuous improvement, and building highly effective teams.

Elena is currently the Global Transportation Excellence Lead for EMEA region in Amgen, where she is responsible for transportation service providers oversight, covering both Commercial and Clinical operations, including Cold Chain management and Productivity delivery. Prior to this, she was Regional End-to-End Supply Chain Lead for Russia and CIS, managing a complex market during a period of significant growth. Before joining Amgen, Elena worked for Baxter for 7.5 years with increasing responsibility. In her last role there she managed the Central Europe region (19 countries)  as Operations manager. She holds a Master in Chemical Engineering from Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology, Russia.

Her personal motto: I believe that the only way to build sustainable result is with and through people by engaging them behind the idea. Attention to people, understanding, respecting, and supporting them is the key to achieving this.
