GertJan Roelands holds a Master’s in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a post-MBA certificate from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. He joined KLM in 1999, gaining commercial and operational experience across various managerial and executive roles, including Pricing & Revenue Management and Global Sales at the Air France-KLM Group.
Since 2015, he has been Vice President Europe at KLM Cargo and is currently CCO / Senior Vice President Commercial at Air France KLM Martinair Cargo, overseeing commercial activities across more than 60 markets, including Sales, Local operations, Customer Service, Digital, Commercial Strategy, Sustainability, and Marketing.
Henk Venema, CEO Western Europe – DHL Global Forwarding
Henk Venema is CEO Western Europe – DHL Global Forwarding, responsible for the countries Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and France in Air, Ocean and Value-Added-Services. He is also part of the European Management Board (EMB) of DHL Global Forwarding. He has been working in the industry for over 20 years and has been with DHL Group since 2016 where he has been working in various roles, from Global Carrier Management managing the airline relationships of DHL Global Forwarding and setting up the own flight operations to country management and cluster management.
Eduard Molkenboer, Head of Cargo – Royal Schiphol Group
Eduard Molkenboer, a supply chain executive with more than 30 years of international experience, including 25 years in senior leadership roles across corporate and private equity-backed organizations. Throughout his career, Eduard has specialized in driving complex transformations and delivering sustainable growth through innovation, customer-centric strategies, and operational excellence.
His expertise spans highly regulated industries, including healthcare and pharmaceutical logistics, where reliability, compliance, and end-to-end visibility are critical. Eduard has held key leadership positions at global logistics players such as DHL Supply Chain, where he worked with supply chains to ensure product integrity, patient safety, and efficient market access.
In August 2025, Eduard joined Royal Schiphol Group to spearhead the execution of its renewed cargo strategy—developed in close collaboration with the cargo community. This strategy emphasizes optimizing supply chain performance, increasing load factors, and enhancing partnerships with key stakeholders such as Cargonaut and Maastricht Aachen Airport, ensuring seamless and secure handling of temperature-sensitive pharma products.
With his deep experience in logistics and commitment to innovation, Eduard is dedicated to strengthening Schiphol’s position as a leading European gateway for pharmaceutical and life sciences cargo.
