The Pre-Conference Welcome Reception takes place after Vienna Cargo Day on 9 October, the day before FlyPharma Europe opens its doors. Starting at 6pm, this ‘ice breaker’ event will take place in Office Park 4, Vienna AirportCity – the venue for both conferences. Guests can enjoy delicious drinks and canapés while meeting their fellow delegates in advance of the next day’s FlyPharma program. Be the first to meet your potential new business partners and catch up with old acquaintances!
Following a full day of presentations and a workshop, our Evening Networking Event and Gala Dinner will take place after the first day of FlyPharma, 10 October, from 6.30pm. Located in the cellar of the historic Vienna City Hall, delegates will be treated to the beautiful venue of the Wiener Rathauskeller. Since 1899 it has been a space for social gatherings, Viennese wine and good food, and it is no different today. Offering guests a welcome drink and a three-course dinner, it’s the perfect setting to connect and debrief with other pharma and cargo professionals – both from the speaker podium and the main audience.
