Céline Crahay is a Senior Consultant and Managing Director of 3CeL sàrl.
Céline acquired her passion for Operations and Continuous Improvement from her experience in the Manufacturing Industry then transferred her knowledge to the Air Cargo Industry working for a Ground Handling Agent, where she implemented a Quality Management System, drove Customer Relationships and aligned internal processes with the new EU Guidelines on Good Distribution Practice of medicinal products (GDP).
Céline was part of the IATA Time & Temperature Taskforce (TTTF). It was in the earliest stages of the IATA “CEIV” project (Centre of Excellence for Independent Validators) for Pharmaceutical Handling, first as a consultant setting up the programme then as IATA instructor and Independent Validator. Her expertise in Pharma Cargo benefits various clients worldwide: ground handlers, airlines and freight forwarders in their pursuit of IATA CEIV or GDP certifications.
Moreover, Céline has the ambition to influence the aviation sector in the field of Sustainability positively and more specifically the pharma air logistics market towards more collaborative and sustainable practices. In 2023, Céline acted as project manager for the Green Air Pharma Lane from pharma. aero, which aims at baselining the concept of assessing how sustainable (green) a lane is.
Céline holds an International Master’s in Management from SKEMA Business School in Lille, France. Celine and her family reside in Luxembourg.
