Kaely Gallagher

Kaely Gallagher is a supply chain professional with 7 years of experience in cell and gene therapy. She has experience managing global CDMO and vendor relationships across the lifecycle, including proposal evaluation, selection, contracting, tech transfer, manufacturing, international cold-chain logistics, and off-boarding. She currently focuses on external manufacturing at Sana Biotechnology in Cambridge, MA, managing a cross-functional team for tech transfer and manufacturing of an iPSC-derived cell therapy. She also supports supply chain activities including management of GMP raw material storage, inventory, and shipment logistics. Kaely previously held roles of increasing responsibility in Process Development and MSAT for an in vivo gene therapy, equipping her with a hands-on understanding of key technical challenges in the field. In her work, Kaely values clear communication and cross-functional collaboration to align internal and external stakeholders towards the common goal of manufacturing and transporting medicines safely for patients. Kaely holds a bachelor’s degree in Bioengineering from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
