Peter de Leeuw has headed the strategic AirportCity Development team at Vienna Airport since 2014, and has management functions in Real Estate SPVs and in the Vienna Airport Conference and Coworking venture. He is also supervising the Cargo Development from a strategic perspective. Peter has a Real Estate background with focus on commercial assets, in particular office and logistics. Within the Vienna AirportCity, Peter was responsible for development of the Cargo Centre extension, Office Park 4 – the most sustainable office building in Austria in 2020 – and accompanying developments. Currently, his focus is on how to face future challenges in urban planning.
